Please review the following Terms of Use, which govern your use of the site and purchase of products. Please note that your use of our site means you agree to follow and abide by these Terms.

General

All sales at MaggiMiller.com are final. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days after the delivery date for a full credit. You must contact us for return authorization prior to returnining an item. The item will be shipped back to MaggiMiller.com at your expense and must arrive in the same condition as when it was purchased. Freight charges are non-refundable.

Payment

Payments online can be made using all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The total payment on your invoice includes shipping charges and any applicable sales tax. If you prefer to pay by cash, personal/business check, or wire transfer, please contact us directly.

All orders delivered within the state of Texas or picked up at our studio must pay 8.25% sales tax, unless we are provided with a current sales tax resale certificate. All orders delivered outside the state of Texas are currently tax-exempt.

Shipping

Shipping quotes on the website apply only to shipments destined within Continental US. All items ship FOB Austin, Texas. Contact us by phone or email about shipping items outside of the Continental US.

When more than one item is purchased, items will be shipped to the same location. MaggiMiller.com will work on your behalf to secure a consolidated shipping fee and will notify you if the shipper can offer any reductions in shipping cost.

All shipping costs include full insurance coverage for your protection.

Important

Upon arrival, please inspect everything immediately to confirm that the condition corresponds to the condition as it was described when you purchased it. If it is apparent that the item has been damaged during transport, please let the shipper on site know immediately and contact us as soon as possible. You should note any suspect damage on the shipper's invoice before accepting delivery, and have the delivery driver initial your notation.
